1. Definitions and Interpretation

Registration Process: To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, or KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

KYC Verification: All Users are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process within 7 days of registration. This process requires submission of:

• A clear copy or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP).
• A recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in restrictions on withdrawals and, in some cases, account suspension. jati88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify User identity or compliance with these Terms.

4. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party, allow others to use your Account, or use another person's Account for any reason.

jati88 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. jati88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account if such unauthorized use was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the jati88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.

6. Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving goods or services from jati88.
7. Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location or bypass geographic or account-level restrictions.
8. Hacking and Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other User accounts, the Platform's backend systems, or any part of the jati88 infrastructure.

Any User found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately terminated, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities. jati88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases involving suspected criminal activity.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jati88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. Every User has access to:

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jati88, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
